Mario Dandy-Shane Lukas' Verdict Will Be Read Today

JAKARTA - The defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas will undergo a follow-up hearing in the case of alleged severe abuse against David Ozora at the South Jakarta District Court, today. The agenda is the reading of the verdict or verdict.

"According to the regular schedule (the verdict hearing is scheduled for today)," said the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto when confirmed, Thursday, September 7.

Based on the Case Investigation Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court, the trial of Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas was held separately.

Mario Dandy Satriyo is scheduled to go first at 10.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the trial of the defendant Shane Lukas was held after around 13.00 WIB.

In this case, the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo was charged with imprisonment by the public prosecutor for 12 years and paid a restitution of Rp120,388,911,030 or replaced with a sentence of 7 years on charges of violating Article 355 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, the defendant Shane Lukas was charged with 5 years in prison, and paid the restitution or replaced with a sentence of 6 months in prison on charges of violating Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, another defendant who was also involved in the case, namely AG's son, has already undergone trial with the Supreme Court's decision rejecting the appeal so that AG's child is serving a criminal sentence of 3.5 years at the Special Child Development Institution (LPKA).
