PKB Visits NasDem Tower, Quick Action Follows Up Anies-Cak Imin Declaration

The Elite of the National Awakening Party (PKB) visited the NasDem Party DPP Office in Menteng, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 6. PKB DPP Secretary General Hasanuddin Wahid said his party's visit to NasDem Tower was to fulfill the invitation of his coalition partners in the Change and Unity Coalition. The Deputy Chairperson of PKB Jazilul Fawaid, Chairman of the PKB faction of the DPR RI Cucun A Syamsurijal, Deputy Chairman of the Syuro Council Maman Immanulhaq, Chairman of the DPP PKB Faisol Riza to Wasekjen Syaiful Huda. "We from the PKB DPP attended an invitation from NasDem party DPP officials. God willing, later our general chairman, Gus Muhaimin Iskandar, will soon come to this NasDem Tower," Hasanuddin said at NasDem Tower, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 6. Hasanuddin revealed that today's PKB and NasDem meeting was to follow up on cooperation after Anies Baswedan-Cak Imin's declaration as a pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates at the Majapahit Hotel Surabaya, East Java, last week. "Our presence certainly consolidates, collaborates for gercep, moves quickly over the declaration, to prepare everything that must be done both by the NasDem party and the National Awakening Party," Hasanuddin explained. "So that we can immediately work hand in hand with the people to build positive sentiment and win the pair Anies Baswedan and Gus Muhaimin Iskandar who often briefly become AMIN," he added. Regarding the presence of PKS in today's meeting, Hasanuddin admitted that he did not know. But what is clear, he said, is that PKB is waiting for the PKS shuro board regarding political steps to join in supporting Anies-Cak Imin or not.

"We will wait, there will definitely be steps taken later. Whoever will join the NasDem and PKB coalition, we will open up, but how and how, each party has its own stalls and mechanisms," he said.
