South Korean Tourists Died In Parasut When Paragliding In Bali Was Cremated, Immediately Returned

A South Korean citizen with the initials SJ (57) who died fell after being wrapped in a parachute during a paragliding on Bulgari Beach, South Kuta, Badung, Bali, has been cremated. The ashes will be returned to their country.

The Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, said the victim died due to weather factors when the victim was paragliding.

"From the latest information for victims, cremation has been carried out and has been coordinated through the embassy (South Korea) in Bali. Furthermore, the repatriation process will be carried out," said Kombes Jansen, Tuesday, September 5.

The police have examined 6 witnesses, including the paragliding manager in the case of the death of a South Korean citizen. The weather factor is thought to have caused the South Korean citizen to fall into the sea and die.

"So so far we have examined six witnesses including the manager and even his colleagues and for the time being it is suspected that it was an accident due to the weather," he added.
