Oklin Fia Arrives MUI To Apologize, But The Reporter Still Wants The Legal Process To Run

JAKARTA - The case of the Oklin Fia celebrity in the content case of 'liating ice cream' is still ongoing. Until now, Central Jakarta Metro Police investigators have not named Oklin Fia as a suspect.

In fact, according to the Head of Legal and Human Rights Division of PB SEMMI, Arisastra Desert, Oklin Fia also visited the office of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to apologize again.

"Regarding Oklin visiting MUI to apologize, we respect or respect the meeting at MUI, our fellow human beings, we forgive. However, this is a state of law, the legal problem continues according to procedures," said the Desert when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, August 30.

The Desert said, in the case of Oklin Fia there must be firm action as a deterrent effect. The reason is, many minors make mistakes but there are legal procedures that must be followed.

"Moreover, Oklin Fia, who is an adult, must also follow the legal process for her actions," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the statement of the Deputy Secretary General of the MUI Legal Entity, Ikhsan Abdullah, who said that Oklin's actions were not blasphemy, the Desert submitted an assessment to the legal process.

"We hope that we will respect the statement that it is not blasphemy. We hope that in the final process of law enforcement, articles of blasphemy will be applied later, we will continue to wait for the results of the final process of law enforcement, what articles will be confirmed to be applied," he said.

According to the Desert, Oklin Fia's actions have entered the criminal realm. Moreover, the indecent content is uploaded on social media so that it is prone to being bad education for the community.

"According to our internal organizational study, Oklin's actions have the potential to be criminal, not just inappropriate or inappropriate, violating ethics or not. We have also submitted a MUI fatwa related to pornography," he said.
