The panel of judges at the Surabaya District Court handed down a different verdict to three immoral defendants known as the red kebaya videoporino.

Likewise with the third defendant, Chavia Zagita, the panel of judges agreed to declare the defendant legally and convincingly proven to have committed a criminal act of pornography together with the other two defendants.

"The defendant was legally and convincingly proven to have made pornography which explicitly contained intercourse. Sentencing him a sentence of one year in prison and a fine of Rp. 250 million, subsidiary to two months in prison," he said.

The judge assessed that the defendant's actions were legally and convincingly proven to have committed a criminal act as in the primary indictment, namely Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code, or Article 27 paragraph (1) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information on Electronic Transactions (ITE) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

Upon the verdict, the three defendants through their attorneys expressed their thoughts. Likewise, the public prosecutor also expressed his thoughts.

"When thinking about it for seven days, yes. If there is no decision, the verdict is considered accepted," said Chief Justice Syaifuddin.

According to the results of the investigation, the "red kebaya" case began when the suspects previously agreed to carry out three-story sexual activities.

The illicit activity was then recorded and then sold through social media. After an agreement was made and took place at a hotel in Surabaya, the suspects took turns modeling and recording scenes of husband and husband-wife relationships and recording sexual activities carried out by three using cell phone cameras.
