JAMBI - Jambi TPI Class I Immigration Office deported four foreign nationals (WNA) from China who were previously secured by officers at Sultan Thaha Airport, Jambi, because they entered without official documents.

"The four deported Chinese nationals had the initials CJ, ZY, HM, and HR. They were secured by airport officials on Friday, August 18, and we checked them and now we have deported them to their home countries," said Head of Subsidy for Enforcement of the Jambi Immigration Office, Mangamppu Siregar, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 28.

The foreigner was secured by Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport officers because he could not show immigration documents. They plan to fly using a Superaijet plane to Jambi-Jakarta at around 11.30 WIB.

When questioned at Jambi Airport, the four Chinese foreigners also tried to give Rp100 thousand to officers at Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport.

"Yes, because from their confession, their goal is to go to Jambi only for a vacation agent or person in charge and they have also shown valid documentary evidence," said Mangampu Siregar.

After undergoing an Immigration examination, the four Chinese citizens were repatriated through Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport to Jakarta and then to their home country.
