Then at that time the perpetrator entered the victim's room," said Bambang.
The perpetrator, who was already in the room, tried to rape the victim and threatened her, but the victim screamed for help so that the victim's father and grandmother heard the screams. After that, the perpetrator who worked as a building worker fled.
After experiencing this incident, the victim's family also reported to the police. On Thursday (24/8) night, the perpetrator was arrested by the Denpasar Police Satreskrim and the North Denpasar Police.

The perpetrator admitted that this was the first time. The victim is currently only one, so we will check the cellphone whether there are other people, what was recorded," said Bambang.
The perpetrators were charged with Article 285 of the Criminal Code Juncto Article 53 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 82 Juncto 76 E of Law Number 23 of 2022 concerning child protection with a minimum prison sentence of five years and a maximum of 15 years.
