Major General Of The TNI Harfendi Officially As Pangdam IX/Udayana

DENPASAR - The position of Commander of Kodam IX / Udayana was officially handed over from the old official Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto to his successor Major General TNI Harfendi.

Head of Information for Kodam IX/Udayana Colonel Inf. Fadjar Moh. Syafrudin said the handover of the position was carried out simultaneously at a Certificate Ceremony of 14 High-ranking TNI AD Officers led directly by Kasad General TNI Dudung Abdhurachman at the TNI AD Headquarters in Jakarta.

Syafrudin said that after carrying out the Certificate at the Army Headquarters today.

Furthermore, on Tuesday (22/8) and Wednesday (23/8) a series of traditional events for the acceptance and release of Kodam IX/Udayana officials in Denpasar, Bali.

"It is planned that Tuesday (22/8), Pangdam IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. Harfendi upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung Regency, Bali, will be greeted through a tradition of fresh flour. Then on Wednesday (23/8) at Makodam IX/Udayana, a series of traditional welcoming and welcoming events were held by Pangdam IX/Udayana, including the Persit Persit PD IX/Udayana Plenary Meeting and the inauguration tradition of Mrs. Raksakarini Sri Sena," said Kapendam Syafrudin as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 21.

He stated that the replacement of the Pangdam IX/Udayana officials was carried out in accordance with the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/779/VII/2023 concerning dismissal from and appointment in positions within the TNI, where Pangdam IX/Udayana Maj. Gen. Harfendi, previously served as Koorsahli TNI Commander.

Meanwhile, TNI Major General Sonny Aprianto, who can be said to be the Mobilizer of Kodam IX/Udayana during his tenure as Pangdam IX/Udayana with seven flagship programs of Kodam IX/Udayana, was realized in the Miniature of the Army's Superior Binter Program, then received the honor of being the Asintel Commander of the TNI.
