The National Police Have Determined The Former Director Of Jakpro Abdul Hadi, A Corruption Suspect In The Construction Of A Communication Tower

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Crime Directorate (Dittipikor) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police have again named a new suspect in the alleged corruption case in the construction of communication towers and procurement of goods or services for the construction of GPON by PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo (JIP), a subsidiary of PT Jakarta Propertindo or Jakpro. Two suspects have been named, namely AH as the former President Director of PT Jakpro and Commissioner of PT JIP for the period 2015 to 2017. Then, LLM as the former Finance Director of PT Jakrpo and Commissioner of PT JIP, Jakpro company for the period 2015 to 2018. "The two suspects have been named on July 7, 2023," said Head of the Public Information Bureau (Karopenmas) of the National Police Public Relations Division Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadahan in Jakarta, Antara, Monday, August 7. AH refers to Abdul Hadi, while LLM refers to Lim Lay Ming. Previously, the National Police had named two suspects, namely former President Director of PT JIP Ario Pramadhi and Christman Desanto as VP Finance and IT PT JIP. The case files of the two suspects have been declared complete and are in phase II on December 16, 2022, the case is in the process of proving it at trial. This case, said Ramadhan, was investigated based on two police reports received by Bareskrim Polri on suspicion of corruption in the PT Jakpro budget sourced from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which were used in the construction of telecommunication towers for the period 2015 to 2018 and procurement of goods and infrastructure services in 2017 until the period 2018 by PT JPI, a subsidiary of PT Jakpro. "This “Casus resulted in state or regional financial losses of Rp312 million," said Ramadhan.

The one-star general added that currently the case for the two new suspects is still complete and is completing the case files to be submitted to the public prosecutor.
