The Doctor Who Handled Sultan Rif'at Alfatih In South Jakarta Offers Treatment To France

JAKARTA - Sultan Rif'at Alfatih's father, a victim of cable traps, Fatih, revealed that his son, the medical team, offered alternatives for treatment to the state of Francis. The goal is to speed up healing.

"Yes sir... doctors only give one alternative opinion (treatment of Francis)," Fatih said in a short message, Monday afternoon, August 7.

Fatih explained the reason why doctors who handle children give opinions to be brought to the country of Francis. Because according to him, the Sultan will be able to recover faster by the teacher from the doctor.

"That's just the doctor's opinion, because the teacher is there," he said.

Regarding the condition of the body of the Sultan himself, said Fatih, his son continued to improve. Now, his children are being treated by doctors from three hospitals, namely RSCM, Fatmawati Hospital and Police Hospital.

"Alhamdulillah, now the Sultan is really being taken seriously by a team of doctors, including a combination of RSCM, Fatmawati and the Police Hospital," he said.

"Currently, the focus is on increasing weight, Treating liver (positive cause of Hepatitis C), maybe weak immune effects when weight drops at Fatmawati Hospital and observing damaged neck parts," he continued.

Previously, it was reported that the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD visited the victim of being entangled in fiber optic cables Sultan Rif'at Alfatih (20).

Mahfud wore a long-sleeved batik shirt arriving at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, at around 18.24 WIB, Friday, August 4.

Mahfud, who was accompanied by the Head of the National Police Hospital, Brigadier General Pol Hariyanto, visited the Brawijaya University student for about 30 minutes.

According to him, Sultan Rif'at Alfatih's condition has gradually improved. He also had time to communicate with the Sultan via cellphone.

"I see that Sultan's condition has improved. I communicated with the Sultan via cellphone," he said.

The former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK) hopes that the Sultan can recover from his wounds in the neck due to the snares of fiber optic cables.

"He (Sultan) hopes that all of us pray, he still has the passion to continue to study, and return to campus," said Mahfud.

Mahfud said that based on the explanation from the Head of the Police Hospital and the parents of the victims, the hope for recovery was quite large.

"Just waiting, it takes patience, and therapy. That's in my opinion," he said.

Meanwhile, the National Police Hospital has prepared psychological assistance and psychiatrists to restore the mentality of the Sultan who had gone down.

"The wound in his neck had a huge impact on his mentality. Ananda (Sultan) told me, I was a bit down. In a thin condition, he looked like a hose (medical device)," said Head of the Police Hospital Brigadier General Pol Hariyanto.
