PONOROGO - The Ponorogo District Attorney handled allegations of extortion in the implementation of the complete certification land registration program (PTSL) which was reported by residents of Sawoo Village, Sawoo District and caused losses of hundreds of millions of rupiah.

"We have handled this case and are now entering the investigation stage," said Head of Intelligence at the Ponorogo Attorney General's Office, Agung Riyadi, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, August 4.

Agung said 11 witnesses had been examined, including the village head and secretary.

The examination of the eleven witnesses was carried out separately by each person. However, he was reluctant to mention the results of the examination of the eleven witnesses.

"For the results, we cannot (convey), because it is included in our investigation material," he said.

Currently, his party is also completing formal and material materials before being upgraded to an investigation.

"Later, we will still call plans, including from village officials, the process will continue," he added.

After this witness examination, his party will collect the results of the information and evidence for evaluation.

The evaluation that will be carried out later will determine whether all the completeness is sufficient or not.

"After this, we will discuss the team later whether there is something missing or not. Is there any lack of documents or witnesses, if there is less, we will complete it first," he said.
