JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo appreciated the achievements of Brigadier Tiara Nissa Zulbida who graduated best at the Capacity Building The First Level Police Chief Training and The Non-Thesis Master Degree education at the Turkish National Police Academy, Turkey. Brigadier Tiara Nissa Zulbida, who served in the East Java Regional Police, entered the top five best graduates and had the opportunity to deliver a graduation speech before Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The speech represented international students. Apart from Brigadier Tiara, there were two other Polri personnel who studied in the same place, namely Ipda Regina Setiawan from the Riau Islands Police and Bripka Hilman Lasmana from the West Java Regional Police. Dedi explained that the three Polri personnel attended a non-thesis master level (S2) education and competency development for first-degree police officers or Capacity Building "The First Level Police Chief Training and The Non-Thesis Master Degree" for two years with 84 other international students. The graduation graduation was held on July 26, 2023 local time and was led directly by President Erdogan. Previously, the Head of the Public Information Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Kombes Nurul Azizah, explained that the three members of the National Police were graduated after attending education for two years. They became part of 87 other international students who graduated on July 26, 2023.
