Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo attended the inauguration of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Employers' Association (DPN APINDO) for the 2023-2028 period in Jakarta, Monday, July 31.

Ganjar said he was happy, because in the new APINDO management, he had programs that were beneficial to the people, namely the handling of stunting and SME assistance. "APINDO is cool, today it is talking about programs to help the government in handling stunting. In addition, there is also another very concrete program, namely helping MSMEs. "If the target is 22 percent stunting today and wants to decrease in the next year is 14 percent, then I'm sure it can be achieved. Because more participation, especially from entrepreneurs," he concluded.

Meanwhile, the newly appointed Chairperson of APINDO, Shinta Widjaja Kamdani, said that the management this time has two main programs, namely the handling of stunting and Free MSMEs. The program is expected to help Indonesia achieve Golden Indonesia in 2024. "We consider that going to Indonesia Gold 2024 is a necessity. And the key to achieving it is to realize superior, resilient and reliable human resources. Handling stunting and SME assistance is one way to prepare a superior generation in the future and create new entrepreneurs," he said.
