Budyanto Djauhari Drug Recidivist, He Beats His Old Pregnant Wife In Drug Influence

TANGERANG - South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Faisal Febrianto explained that Budyanto Djauhari (38), abused his wife, who was pregnant, under the influence of drugs.

"After we did a urine check, the results were positive for drugs, namely metafetamine. So maybe at the time of committing the crime the suspect was still under the influence of drugs," Faisal told reporters at the South Tangerang Police, Tuesday, July 18.

Budyanto, was once put in prison for a drug involvement case some time ago. He was detained for 7 months after being sentenced to the Tangerang District Court (PN).

Budyanto was charged with Article 44 of Law Number 23 of 2004 Domestic Violence with a penalty of 5 years in prison.

Budyanto was named a suspect at the South Tangerang Police. He abused TM (23) at his home in Serpong Park Housing, North Serpong, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

Siswanto said the motive for the perpetrators of violence was based on excessive jealousy, resulting in Budyanto venting his anger by committing violence against his two-month-old wife.
