JAKARTA - The Banjarmasin District Attorney (Kejari), South Kalimantan (Kalsel) filed an appeal to the Supreme Court (MA) on the acquittal of four defendants in the corruption case of the shipyard construction project at PT Dok & Shipping Kodja Bahari.

The four defendants were also sentenced to nine years in prison and for the defendant Muh Saleh as the executor of the company PT Lidy's Arta Borneo was charged with a heavier replacement fee of Rp. 5.7 billion and if not paid, he would be sentenced to four years and six months in prison.
The defendants are suspected of having committed a criminal act of corruption in the work of building a luxury dock or pond dock at PT. Dok & Shipship of Kodja Bahari (Persero) Shipyard Banjarmasin which is located at Jalan Ir P Moch Noor, Kuin Cerucuk Village, West Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City in 2018 with a budget ceiling of Rp. 18 billion.
