The Prosecutor's Office Will Examine 14 Witnesses In Alleged Financial Corruption At Mukomuko Hospital For State Loss Of IDR 2.5 Billion

BENGKULU - The alleged corruption case in the financial management of the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Bengkulu continues to be investigated. State losses from fraudulent practices for the past 6 years are estimated at IDR 2.5 billion.

The District Attorney (Kejari) Mukomuko admitted that he had scheduled 14 people to be examined as witnesses.

"A total of 14 witnesses are the heads of the drug supplier company. The examination of these 14 witnesses is after Eid al-Adha this year," said Head of Special Investigation Unit of the Mukomuko District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Agung Malik Rahman Hakim in Mukomuko, Monday, June 26, which was confiscated by Antara.

Dalam kasus ini, penyidik Kejari Mukomuko telah memeriksa 10 saksi yang juga pimpinan perusahaan penyediaan obat di RSUD Mukomuko.

Agung said that in the examination so far the leaders of drug suppliers were asked about the invoices for selling and ordering the drugs requested by the hospital.

Even though the drugs have been ordered, said Agung, the Mukomuko Hospital has not paid for them. Until now, Mukomuko Hospital has been declared still in debt. For that, he continued, investigators from the Mukomuko Kejari asked the drug suppliers who were previously examined to bring order invoices and proof of transactions that are still in debt status. "We will summarize the results of the examination as a whole later, so we still cannot conclude the results of the examination," he said.

Agung menambahkan, bukti orderan telah dikantongi pihaknya namun akan dikonfrontir dengan faktur dan bukti dari pemasok obat terlebih dahulu.Adapun kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan keuangan RSUD Mukomuko sejak 2016-Desember 2021. Total kerugian negara yang awalnya ditaksir Rp1 miliar, dihitung ulang mencapai Rp2,5 miliar.
