Witness Of Mario Dandy's Trial Disbursed David Ozora's Condition: The Road Is Tilt And Often Smiles

JAKARTA - Witness Rudy Setiawan said David Ozora's condition was very different when compared to before being a victim of Mario Dandy Satriyo's persecution. Currently, David could not walk perfectly until he often smiled.

Rudy Setiawan is the parent of David Ozora's colleague. He was presented as a witness because he was at the scene when the incident occurred.

Rudy's testimony began when Chief Judge Alimin Ribut Sujono questioned David Ozora's condition after undergoing treatment at Mayapada Hospital, Jakarta.

"What you know is how his condition is?" asked judge Alimim during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13.

"It's different," answered Rudy.

"What's the difference", said the judge.

"It's different from the way the road, communication, sloping road, tilting shoulders and feet if the steps are not like this," said Rudi while demonstrating how David walked.

Rudy also said that there would be significant changes in the way David is collaborating. Jonathan Latumahina's son is said to be unable to distinguish his interlocutor.

"Continue to tilt to the left, continue to communicate now that he is richer than a child. So everything is considered the same," he said.

"Later, if Your Majesty meets later, Your Majesty will also be considered the same as her friends. So we are considered the same age, so she likes to joke too much. She doesn't know how old it is," continued Rudy.

In fact, David is said to often smile. However, it was not specified whether there was a cause or not so David smiled.

"But a lot of smiles, smiles, smiles," said Rudy.

David Ozora was persecuted by Mario Dandy Satriyo in front of the Grand Permata cluster complex, Boulevard Kel. Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Monday 20 February 20, 2023 at around 20.30 WIB.

As a result of the abuse, David suffered injuries all over his body. In fact, he suffered up to two weeks of injuries.
