Polda Metro Jaya said the process of handling cases of persecution carried out by Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas lasted a long time because they needed complete case files. Director of General Criminal Investigation (Direskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi explained, Mario Dandy Satriyo had been detained for 94 days, while Shane Lukas was 92 days. "It takes quite a long time, in this case, namely in the context of completing the case file on the construction of the article we perfect, there should be no gaps," said Hengki during a press conference at Polda Metro Jaya, Antara, Friday, May 26. Hengki explained that the completeness of the file also aims to provide a sense of justice and legal certainty. "Of course we hope that in the future the decision can provide a sense of justice to the community and legal certainty," he said. The Prosecutor's Office has stated that the case files for Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) are complete or P21 so that the trial of the case of mistreatment of David Ozora (17) can be carried out immediately at the South Jakarta District Court. "Today, Kajati DKI has issued P21 on two suspects," said Assistant for General Crimes at the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) Danang Suryo Wibowo at a press conference in Jakarta, Wednesday (24/5).

Danang emphasized that no case handling was carried out back and forth because P18 and P19 were only issued once according to the stipulated timeframe. It was emphasized that the time of the investigation process, from Tuesday (2/5) to Wednesday (24/5), was declared complete file or P21 issuance so that it spent two months 22 days.
