20 Ruko Makan Bahut Jalan Di Pluit Akhirnya Dibongkar

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has dismantled 20 shophouses on Jalan Pluit Karang Niaga/DOK Public Relations of the DKI Provincial Government.

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government dismantled 20 shophouses on Pluit Karang Niaga Street, North Z-4 Block and South Z-8, RT011/003 Pluit Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta which violated the rules for eating roads and closing waterways.

Head of DKI Jakarta Satpol PP Arifin emphasized that the demolition of the shophouse building that violated the rules was based on the Technical Recommendation Letter (Rekomtek) Number e-0001/PA.01.00 issued by the Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Office of North Jakarta Administrative City.

"The number is around 20 shophouses that we dismantle in accordance with the restrictions on Rekomtek. This is our commitment to return all existing functions in accordance with zoning or refunction, namely channel and road functions," said Arifin on Jalan Pluit Karang Niaga, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, Wednesday, May 24.

Arifin said, the building involved more than two hundred personnel from various DKI regional work units (SKPD) with the TNI-Polri.

This activity also involved a number of builders equipped with heavy equipment such as concrete counters (Jack Hammer) to Sky Lift Crane trucks.

Arifin explained that the demolition in the Pluit Commercial Ruko area was carried out after the DKI Provincial Government provided an opportunity for shophouse owners to dismantle their buildings themselves with a deadline until yesterday.

"Previously we had provided socialization by providing a time limit for shophouse owners to dismantle themselves for four days. From our monitoring, someone has cooperated in dismantling themselves and today is the deadline for us to dismantle. If today is not finished, it can be continued tomorrow," he explained.

There are three regulations that have been violated by the owner of Ruko Niaga Pluit in the Rekomtek Letter, namely, Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 Article 189 paragraph 1 in which the shophouse owner has utilized a space that results in changes in the function of space (regulation and intensity), Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 Article 190 paragraph 1 in which the shophouse owner does not comply with the provisions of Spatial Utilization in the spatial plan (KPR/KDTR), and Government Regulation Number 21 of 2021 Article 192 paragraph 1 in which the building blocks access to areas that by the provisions of the legislation are declared as public property.
