JAKARTA - Chairman of the Partai Kebangkitan Nusantara (PKN) Gede Pasek Suardika will hand over the position of chairman to Anas Urbaningrum.

"With sincerity, with sincerity I have prepared to hand over the position of chairman of PKN to Mas Anas," said Gede Pasek in a written statement, Friday, May 12.

It is believed that Anas Urbaningrum's leadership will make PKN quickly accelerate in the 2024 General Election.

"The first route passed Kumham, the second stage passed the KPU and now the third stage is still I, later after Mas Anas is free to purely undergo the CMB (Cuti Ahead of Freeness) I will hand over my general chairman position to him. Now I am still finalizing it optimally," he continued.

Pasek explained, he wanted to build a political culture that was not thirsty for office. But arrange formation so that ideas and gas can run optimally.

Pasek admitted that he had met with Anas Urbaningrum asking for the willingness to lead PKN.
