BENGKULU - Bengkulu Governor Rohidin Mersyah has prepared three candidates for Bengkulu Mayor's office which will be submitted to the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).
Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bengkulu Province Hamka Sabri, in Bengkulu City, Monday, May 1, said that the proposed name of the Mayor's official was proposed three months before the end of the term of office of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Bengkulu, Helmi Hasan and Dedy Wahyudi.
"Because the term of office of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Bengkulu will end in September 2023, the Bengkulu Governor will immediately propose three names of prospective officials to the Ministry of Home Affairs," he said.
"The name will later be filtered by the Minister of Home Affairs for further discussion with the President of the Republic of Indonesia," he said.
