Again, The KPK Summons Nurhadi's Wife Regarding Obstacles To Investigating Bribery And Gratuity Cases

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) again summoned the wife of former Supreme Court (MA) Secretary Nurhadi, Tin Zuraida. He was called back after previously being absent from the examination schedule.

"Tin Zuraida is being investigated for suspect FY (Ferdy Yusman)," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in his statement, Tuesday, January 19.

In addition, the investigators also summoned another witness, namely the chairman of RW 08 Grogol Selatan, Kebayoran Lama, Fransesco Xavier Kolly Mally.

Ali said that Fransesco would also be investigated for the suspect Yusman, who was a suspect in the alleged case obstructing the process of investigating the case that ensnared former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi.

Previously reported, the KPK named Ferdy Yuman as a suspect in the obstruction case of the investigation of Nurhadi and Rezky Herbiyono.

Ferdy is a driver who works for Nurhadi. He played a role in renting the house where Nurhadi and his son-in-law were hiding when they became fugitives.

Not only that, he was also the party trying to take away Nurhadi and Rezky when they were arrested by the KPK team some time ago.

As a result of his actions, Ferdy was then suspected of violating Article 21 of the Corruption Law regarding obstruction of justice or obstructing investigations being carried out on cases being investigated by the KPK.
