DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Prepares Traffic Engineering During Eid Prayers Saturday 22 April

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared traffic engineering (traffic) to anticipate overcrowding during Eid prayers at City Hall on 1 Syawal 1444 Hijri.

"People don't need to worry and be confused, we have prepared 76 personnel and five cranes in the traffic arrangement at the Eid prayer activities at City Hall," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, quoted on Thursday, April 20.. 2. Road closures will be carried out from 05.00 to 08.30 WIB;

3. As an effort to avoid parking "on the street" on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan on the north side, a canalization was carried out using a "traffic cone". 4. Traffic from the east (Tugu Tani) to the west (Tanah Abang) which originally used Jalan Merdeka Selatan on the south side was diverted through Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur-Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara-Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat or can via Jalan Abdul Muis.

The DKI Transportation Agency has also prepared six parking bags that can be used in the City Hall area and around City Hall, namely the DKI Jakarta City Hall building for VVIP parking, the DKI Jakarta DPRD building for VIP parking, IRTI Monas, Gambir Station, Southwest Monas Cross (Patuung Kuda) and Southeast Monas Cross (Gambir).
