Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo hopes that the implementation of the One Way system along the Cikampek toll road to Semarang will effectively suppress congestion during Eid Al-Fitr 2023 homecoming. From the results of air monitoring, it was observed that the traffic situation was smooth and there was no vehicle density. This was conveyed by Ganjar in his speech, while accompanying the Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimoeljono Ngabuburit at the Batang-Semarang Toll Road Travoy Rest Area, Tuesday 18 April.Ganjar together with Minister Basuki departed from Jakarta to Batang using helicopters, and landed in the BatangGanjar Integrated Industrial Zone said, before landing he was invited by Minister Basuki to see the traffic situation along the toll road via air. Two days I took off my homecoming, and today I returned to Semarang with Mr. Bas. Earlier I was invited to monitor the oneway from the air. Alhamdulillah it was smooth,' said Ganjar. The two-term Central Java Governor said that the homecoming this year had been awaited by the community after two years of the Covid-19 pandemic. Ganjar hopes that the one-way implementation in the toll road can provide comfort, security and impression for travelers. Moreover, the implementation of a new one way was implemented in one lane. Alhamdulillah, until today it is still good. Hopefully, with the implementation of this one way will be smoother, because some people who went home yesterday had been driven by the ship, and today the three trips were running, including those from the bus,' he said.

Meanwhile, the Minister of PUPR, Basuki Hadimoeljono, said that there are three things that must be considered so that homecoming is safe, comfortable and memorable. The first is the infrastructure that is the responsibility of the Ministry of PUPR. "Both are regulations from the police. There is a (system) one way and contraflow. Well, the third thing that must be realized is the behavior of the users. Because going home is the most happiness, nothing is happier than going home," he said.
