The Mandate Of The Congress, Cak Imin Gives A Signal Not Yet Legowo If Canceled As Prabowo's Vice Presidential Candidate

JAKARTA - PKB Chairman Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin agreed with the discourse on forming a major coalition initiated by five general chairmen of political parties supporting the government. This was conveyed by Cak Imin after meeting Prabowo in Kertanegara, South Jakarta, Monday, April 10. "We welcome all parties to be part of our efforts together, because there are more and more major coalitions, the better, it's just that we want to ensure sincerity and togetherness. Add troops, increase strength better," said Cak Imin in Kertanegara.

Regarding the determination of the presidential or vice presidential candidate, Cak Imin said it would be discussed later. He also did not want to assume that later he would not run as a vice presidential candidate in 2024.

"Until today there are no examples (not being a vice presidential candidate, ed) haha, the important thing is that the process just takes place, registration is still long," he said.

However, the Deputy Speaker of the DPR is reluctant to be called a legowo if he cancels being Prabowo's vice presidential candidate. According to him, according to the mandate of the PKB congress, he must run as a presidential candidate or vice presidential candidate in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
