Announce DKI Asset Revenue From Developers Worth IDR 1.7 Trillion, Heru Budi: Let's Be Enthusiastic

Acting (Pj) announced the acceptance of assets that are the obligation of developers as holders of land use appointment permits (SIPPT) to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Assets received by the DKI Provincial Government are in the form of social facilities (fasos) and public facilities (fasum). In the January-March 2023 period, there were 18 SIPPT holders who carried out the obligation to hand over 119,403 m2 worth of land worth Rp1.7 trillion and construction covering an area of 77,001 m2 worth Rp15.3 billion in six areas of DKI Jakarta Province. "My fellow developers and I have signed a handover (fasos-fasum) worth IDR 1.7 trillion in various regions, 5 cities and 1 district," said Heru at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Thursday, April 6. Heru said that the DKI Provincial Government will hold a ceremony and announce the receipt of assets from developers every three months. This is intended to motivate other developers as SIPPT holders to immediately submit their obligations. Given that so far there are still many developer obligations that have not been handed over to the DKI Provincial Government. "So, we gather every three months to encourage developers to also inform them that we are in the process and of course the developers also feel appreciated," said Heru. "I hope that the Mayors and Regents will be more optimal in collecting the remaining obligations in collaboration with relevant agencies," he continued. In particular, Heru hopes that the Head of the Regional Office of the DKI Jakarta National Land Agency (BPN) and the Head of the Land Office 5 Kota Region can accelerate the implementation of certification of the fassos fasum land that has been handed over by developers.

"All public facilities submitted to the DKI Provincial Government must be certified," he said.
