BEKASI - The Bekasi Regency Government (Pemkab) will immediately repair the subsidence road at the exit alias exit of the Gabus Toll Road, Srijaya Village, North Tambun District.
Head of the Water Resources, Highways, and Construction Development Office of Bekasi Regency Henri Lincoln explained that the repairs made were temporary so that people could still cross the road access for activities.
"The improvement in the access to the Gabus Toll Exit is only a temporary handling, we plan to complete the reconstruction but there are still some obstacles," he said in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Monday, April 3, which was confiscated by Antara.
He said the repairs were made on both sides of the road leading to the North Tambun District Office with total financing reaching Rp. 15 billion, sourced from the 2023 Bekasi Regency APBD.
Especially in the subsidence road area, the handling begins by smoothing the road which subsides 50 centimeters deep on the left and 30 centimeters on the right. "The focus is to level it first so that road users can cross it, after that we will repair it again," he said.
