Cisoka Police Chief AKP Eddy Sumantri said the 13 teenagers were secured by mobile patrol officers for disturbances in security and public order (Guantibmas). They were arrested in the Perum Kirana area, Solear District and Perum Taman Cisoka Indah in Cisoka.
