Young Badminton Athlete Syabda Perkasa Died In A Deadly Accident On The Pemalang Dini Toll Road This Morning

Pemalang Resort Police Traffic Unit handled a traffic accident at KM 315 of the Pemalang Toll Road in Petarukan, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, Monday, March 20 in the morning. Two people died in this deadly incident. One of them is Syabda Perkasa Belawa (22), a resident of Jatikramat, Bekasi City, West Java, who is known to be a young badminton athlete. Kasatlantas Pemalang Police AKP Achmad Riedwan Prevoost said the other dead victim was Anik Sulistyowati (48). The accident began when the Toyota Camry sedan number B 1824 KBN drove from east to west. "Camry is traveling in the left lane with an average speed above," he said when contacted as quoted by Antara, Monday afternoon. When he arrived at the scene, the driver of the car was thought to be sleepy and hit the back of the truck with police number AG 8711 V who was driving in front of him. Meanwhile, three other Toyota Camry passengers were injured and rushed to Al Iklhas Pemalang Hospital. Joint police officers and Pemalang toll road managers evaluated the victims and the vehicles involved in the accident.
