AG's Sweet Promise, Cooperative in the Case of Persecution of David Ozora

JAKARTA - The AG (Agnes) camp, as the child perpetrator in the abuse case against David Ozora, stated that they would cooperate with the legal process. In fact, they will coordinate with investigators in the next steps of the investigation.

This statement was made by AG's attorney, Mangatta Toding Allo, when visiting Metro Jaya Police, Monday, March 6.

"Today we want to consult regarding yesterday's status increase. Because this is related to children, so we must first coordinate with the investigators about when and how the process will continue in the future", said Mangatta.

Apart from that, Mangatta also ensured that his client would cooperate in undergoing further legal proceedings. Including attending or fulfilling summons for examination if AG's statement is needed.

"Definitely, we will remain cooperative in this process and we are always on this occasion as before", he said.

On the other hand, the AG camp also prays that David Ozora will wake up soon. Originally, the child of the GP Ansor administrator was said to have not fully awakened from the coma.

"We wish son David a speedy recovery because son David was a victim here and we are sorry and convey the same message from the family", Mangatta said.

For information, in the handling of this case, there were several significant developments. One of them is the increase in the legal status of Agnes alias AG, who was previously a witness who became the perpetrator.

The status increase for Agnes was based on several new pieces of evidence found, such as evidence from WhatsApp conversations to CCTV footage.

Agnes was charged with 76c juncto Article 80 of the Child Protection Law and/or 355 paragraph 1 juncto 56, subsidiary 354 paragraph 1 juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, a further subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more and more subsidiary 351 paragraph 2 juncto 56 of the Criminal Code.

In addition, there are also changes to the chapter outline for Mario.
