AG Mario Dandy's Lover Doesn't Know His Status Now The Perpetrator

JAKARTA - Mario Dandy Satryo's lover with the initials AG (15) is said to have not known if his legal status has been upgraded to become a child perpetrator in the case of mistreatment of David Ozora.

AG's lawyer, Mangatta Toding Allo, said that his party is currently trying to explain this to his client.

"Currently we are in the process of informing and explaining to AG's children about increasing their status," said Mangata when confirmed, Friday, March 3.

According to him, notifying AG's status increase could not be done carelessly. This is because his client was psychologically shaken by the case of David's abuse.

The marathon examination process for AG is also draining his energy and mind.

In fact, currently, continued Mangata, his client is undergoing psychological assistance. So, it takes time to convey the increase in AG status as a child actor.

"AG is being assisted by an Independent Psychologist," said Mangata

AG's legal status was upgraded to become a child perpetrator based on the findings of new evidence. Then, a case was held so as to convince investigators that Mario Dandy's lover violated the crime.

"There has been a change in the status of AG (Agnes), which initially consisted of children who were in conflict with the law changing to or increasing their status to become children who are in conflict with the law or in other words change to become perpetrators," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi.

The increase in Agnes' status is based on the digital forensic examination carried out by investigators, both from WhatsApp chats, videos on cellphones including CCTV footage.

"After we conducted an examination involving digital forensics, we found new facts, evidence of chat wa, videos that were on cellphones, then we said we also found CCTV around the crime scene so we could see the role of each person at the crime scene," said Hengki.

In fact, in the case title the investigator decided to suspect AG with multiple articles.

"Then for AG's children, we call AG's children, these children who are in conflict with the law, that's because the article is 76c in conjunction with Article 80 of the Child Protection Law and/or 355 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56, subsidiary 354 paragraph 1 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code, more than subsidiary 351 paragraph 2 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code," said Hengki.
