At Balai Karya "Pangudi Luhur" Bekasi, adult beneficiaries such as scavengers have begun to be given entrepreneurial skills such as catfish farming, compost making skills, hydroponic cultivation and other skills that can provide income for them.

An important breakthrough, initiated by the Minister of Social Affairs for composting and recycling of non-organic waste, has been offered to the ministry to collect the waste.

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources have started distributing waste from the office to the Pangudi Luhur Hall for further recycling of waste by scavengers who have been trained by the hall.

In implementing social rehabilitation by providing entrepreneurial skills for 23 beneficiaries, the Ministry of Social Affairs is collaborating with Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in DKI Jakarta and Bekasi City Provinces.
