The Attorney General's Office Confiscated Kominfo Officials' Assets

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's (Kejagung) Junior Attorney General Investigator for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) confiscated the assets of the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) in the Kominfo BTS project, Elvano Hatorangan (EH). Confiscation of these assets to be used as evidence.

In a written statement from the AGO, EH is an employee of the Telecommunications and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo).

"The Jampidsus Investigative Team confiscated EH's assets, Thursday, February 16," said Head of the Attorney General's Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) Ketut Sumedana in a written statement, as quoted from Antara, Saturday, February 18.

Ketut said that investigators seized dozens of assets belonging to Elvano Hatorangan, ranging from documents to a number of vehicles. These assets were confiscated to be used as evidence in the investigation of alleged corruption and money laundering cases on behalf of the suspect Anang Achmad Latif (AAL) as Main Director of BAKTI, Ministry of Communication and Informatics.

"The assets seized will be used as evidence in the alleged corruption case and the money laundering case on behalf of the suspect AAL," said Ketut.

As for the confiscated assets, namely one yellow Intiland folder containing one copy of the original order letter and attachments, one Intiland folder containing one original frame of the binding sale and purchase agreement number: 006/PPJB/IGP-ZENITH/III/2021 dated March 24, 2021 between PT Gria Perdana and Elvano Hatorangan regarding the sale and purchase of Serenia Hills housing along with attachments and payment receipts.

One Intiland folder containing one original sheet of Addendum number: 013/Addendum/Serenia Hills/VIII/2021 dated 12 August 2021 regarding changes to the V installment payment schedule and repayment schedule, one Intiland folder containing one copy of the original Addendum number: 034/Addendum/Serenia Hills /VIII/2021 dated 22 June 2022 regarding changes in payment prices and payment schedules.

Next, one unit of four-wheeled motor vehicle with registration number B-1534-DFQ, Honda brand type Honda HR-V 1.5L SE CVT, year of manufacture 2022, metallic gray color, frame number MHRRV3870NJ200737, engine number, L15ZF1301613, one motor vehicle owner book (BPKB) with number S-03521611 on behalf of CV. Lumina Nusantara Auto, one sheet of Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (TNKB), registration number B-1534-DFQ in the name of CV. Lumina Nusantara Auto.

Next, a motorized vehicle invoice with invoice number 22034986-RV3DN2027-023 dated 28 April 2022, one pair of car keys with registration number B-1534-DFQ, one unit of two-wheeled vehicle with registration number B-5336-TEN, brand Ducati type Scrambler Cafe Racer, year built 2019, silver color, body number ML0KC06AAKT001200, engine number ML0800A26901086.

Furthermore, one BPKB with number P-06873197 in the name of Yose Ferdian, one copy of a motor vehicle invoice with invoice number: 1617/GAS/IX/2022 dated 8 September 2022, one sheet of TNKB registration number B 5336 TEN in the name of Yose Ferdian, one receipt for payment of one unit of Ducati Scrambler 2019 silver IDR 325 million, one pair of keys for a 2019 Ducati Scrambler motorcycle with registration number B5336 TEN, one unit of two-wheeled vehicle with registration number B 4630 SPU, brand Triumph type Tiger 1200 Rally Pro, year 2022 , green color, frame number SMTTAP20VUNBA3055, engine number VAR5331.

Then, one BPKB with the number T-00734277 on behalf of CV. Lumina Nusantara Auto, one sheet of Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate, registration number B 4630 SPU in the name of CV. Lumina Nusantara Auto, one Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro motorbike key with registration number B 4630 SPU, and one original Delivery Orders dated 24 June 2022 1 (one) unit Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro motorcycle.

In this case, investigators have named five people as suspects, namely Anang Achmad Latif (AAL) as Main Director of BAKTI Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Gauntung Menak (GMS) as Main Director of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia, Yohan Suryanto (YS) as a Human Resources expert.
