There are two building owners on Jalan HR Subrantas who have received SP 1 for the demolition of the building. "We want to check again at the location. In SP 1 the building owner is asked to carry out independent demolition and given up to one week. However, if this SP1 is not heeded, Zulfahmi said that his party will send a second warning letter. "If not SP3. For demolition (done by Satpol PP), we will wait for our readiness. Because dismantling it, of course, we will use tools. We ask building owners to dismantle independently first," he explained. Previously, several shophouse owners on Jalan HR Subrantas were found to have added buildings to approach the road. Zulfahmi Adrian said that until now two building owners had been given a warning letter. Building owners were asked to carry out the demolition independently. The location is right across from Awal Bros Panam Hospital. They were given a time limit of one month to carry out the demolition. If this warning is not heeded, Zulfahmi said there will be a second and third warning letter that will lead to the demolition carried out by his party. "The building clearly violates the provisions.
