Regarding The Land Dispute, Bripka Madih: Not Asking To Be Defended, But Sequencing

JAKARTA - Member of the Provos Polsek Jatinegara Bripka Madih apologized to the people affected by the case. The video of Madih admitting that he was asked for money from Polda Metro Jaya investigators because he questioned the land dispute case involving his parents had gone viral on social media.

Madih said the case that is now of public concern is not to be defended, but to be straightened out.

Madih told the problem, namely that the land was seized by the development of housing.

Furthermore, regarding information about the sale of 100 m of land in 1990 and when he wanted to report to Polda Metro Jaya, the land area listed was different.

"We have explained it, Mr. Victor did buy 100 m in 1990, but when we wanted to report to the Metro Jaya Police, it was 125 in the SPPT," he concluded.

Previously reported, Polda Metro Jaya said the land in question by Bripka Madih had already been sold by his father. The process of buying and selling land occurred when the Jatinegara Police Provos member was still small. The process of buying and selling the land was based on the identical facts that had been found.

However, there is a difference between the confession of Bripka Madih and the facts found regarding the area of land. Because, in the viral video, the member of the Jatinegara Police said his parents' land was 3,600 square meters.

Meanwhile, the facts found were only 1,600 square meters and most of them had been sold.

"In this process, investigators have taken steps, no act has been found to be illegal. This is a 2011 LP reported at Polda Metro Jaya," he said.
