Dispute Of Reciprocal Land Disclosed By Domestic Violence, Bripka Madih Will Report The Head Of Public Relations-Propam Polda Metro

JAKARTA - Member of the Provos Jatinegara Police, Bripka Madih, did not accept the connection of a case of dispute over his parents' land with domestic violence (KDRT).

Bripka Madhi, who had gone viral on social media due to the case that involved him, admitted that he would report the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko and the Head of Propam Kombes FX Bhirawa Braja Paksa.

"Later I will report back to the Head of Public Relations with the Head of Propam. The period of land problems is associated with problems that have been around for decades," said Madih at Polda Metro Jaya, Sunday, February 5.

Bripka Madih did not want to explain which report would be submitted in the jurisdiction. He was more interested in telling the case.

However, Bripka Madih said that the case he was fighting for did not intend to defame the National Police institution. He emphasized that he wanted the Bhayangkara Corps to be free from irresponsible persons.

"It's not defaming the good name of this police institution, there are people, so they must be dealt with," he said.

Previously, Bripka Madih was considered by the Polda Metro Jaya as a problematic police officer.

Head of Propam Polda Metro Jaya Kombes FX Bhirawa Braja Paksa said the person concerned had twice been reported as a domestic violence case.

For the first report of the domestic violence case in 2014. Bripka Madih was found guilty and sentenced to disciplinary sanctions.

On August 22, 2022, Bripka Madih, who remarried, was reported in the same case. This second case has not yet passed an internal trial period.

Meanwhile, Bripka Madih is a member of the Jatinegara Police Provos who claimed to have been blackmailed by Polda Metro Jaya investigators while handling reports of disputes over cases of alleged land grabbing of his parents. This confession is contained in a viral video on social media.

Unmitigated, the investigator from Polda Metro Jaya asked Bripka Madih for a facilitation fee of Rp. 100 million.

In its development due to the viral video, Bripka Madih was reported by someone on January 31, 2023.

"Bripka Madih is suspected of violating discipline and code of ethics. The person concerned is in accordance with a report from someone and from a viral video that already exists," said Head of Propam Polda Metro Jaya Kombes FX Bhirawa Braja Paksa to reporters, quoted on Saturday, February 4.

The report accused Bripka Madih of being inappropriate for the police in public spaces.

"Then the person concerned also installed a sign, then the person concerned was also in a place that should not be together with several people," he said.

In the report, Bripka Madih was accused of violating Article 5 letter a of Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia.

In addition, Bripka Madih is also said to have violated Article 13 letter g paragraph 1 paragraph 4 of the Police Regulation (Perpol) Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Code of Ethics Commission of the Indonesian National Police.

"The result of his actions on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at around 13.00 WIB has also made a statement via TV media, online media, which reported cases of handling land cases at the General Criminal Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya," he said.
