Clenching Fists And Entering KPK Building, Hercules: To Be Beaten, To Be Beaten

JAKARTA - Experts from PD Pasar Jaya Rosario de Marshall or Hercules have fulfilled the summons of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators. Hercules became a witness in the bribery case at the Supreme Court (MA).

"Witness Rosario de Marshall has been present at the KPK's Red and White Building," said KPK Head of Reporting Section Ali Fikri told reporters, Thursday, January 19.

Ali said Hercules is currently undergoing examination. It has not yet been specified what investigators will investigate in this activity.

Wearing batik and his face covered by a mask, Hercules arrived at the KPK Building around 10.00 WIB. He came accompanied by two people.

However, he managed to clenched his fists and spoke briefly "to be beaten, to be beaten," he told reporters while heading to the lobby of the building.

Previously, the KPK named 14 suspects in the bribery case at the Supreme Court. They are the Judicial Judge, Edy Wibowo; Chief Justice, Gazalba Saleh; Judicial Judge, Prasetio Nugroho; and Gazalba's staff member, Redhy Novarisza.

The other ten are the Supreme Court Justice, Sudrajat Dimyati; Judicial Judge or substitute clerk, Elly Tri Pangestu (ETP); two state civil servants (ASN) in the Supreme Court committee, Desy Yustria (DY) and Muhajir Habibie (MH); as well as two ASNs in MA, Nurmanto Akmal (NA) and Albasri (AB).

Then, lawyers Yosep Parera (YP) and Eko Suparno (ES) as well as Intidana Heryanto Tanaka (HT) Savings and Loans Cooperative Debtors, and Savings and Loans Cooperative Debtors Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto (IDKS).

Of all the suspects, only Gazalba has filed a pretrial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court. The application was made because he did not accept being named a suspect but was eventually rejected.
