Towards the 2024 General Election Commission (KPU) has determined a number of parties that will participate. The total participants in the 2024 Pilling will be 23 parties consisting of 17 national political parties and 6 local Acehnese parties.

For information, the vote will be held on February 14, 2024. The Indonesian Unity Party is a political party founded by the entrepreneur and owner of the MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo. This party had participated in the 2019 General Election, unfortunately failed to penetrate Parliament because it only received 7,738,320 votes.

The United Development Party is also synonymous with the Islamic community. Even the symbol that was carried was a picture of the Kaaba. This party participated in the election in 2019. The votes obtained succeeded in bringing PPP through to Parliament by obtaining 17 seats in the DPR RI.

This party is based in Aceh Province and was previously known as the Free Aceh Movement Party (GAM). This party had participated in the elections in 2009 and managed to gain quite a lot of votes.

The Aceh Prosperous Justice Party is a local Aceh party that will also participate in the 2024 General Election. This party includes a new party that was born from the benefit of religion, people, and Acehnese.

The Generation Party Atjeh Beusaboh Tha'at Dan Taqwa is one of Aceh's local parties that qualified to participate in the 2024 General Election. This party was originally an educational foundation. After becoming a political party, Gabthat had registered in the previous election but failed to verify.

This party was previously named Daulat Aceh Party which also briefly registered as an election participant. However, the votes obtained did not meet the threshold.

This party also has different names before it comes to this. This party participated in the Indonesian legislative elections in 2014.

Unlike other Aceh local parties, SIRA has nothing to do with the struggle of Acehnese people because it was initiated by the civil activist of the Aceh Referendum Information Center organization in 1999.
