Incar 27 Chair Of The Director At The IKN Authority, Out Of 1,106 Applicants Only 151 Fulfilled The Administrative Requirements

A total of 1,106 applicants from various regions in Indonesia are targeting 27 director seats or bureau heads within the State Capital Authority (IKN) of the Archipelago in East Kalimantan (Kaltim).

"We express our appreciation to all applicants who want to directly play a role in building IKN, namely by wanting to join the IKN authority," said the Coordinator of the Information and Communication Team for the IKN Transition Team Sidik Pramono in his statement, Wednesday, December 14, as reported by Antara.

Of all the applicants who enter, the committee must conduct a selection according to the provisions and requirements that have been previously announced, so that those who are administratively complete will continue the follow-up test.

Based on the results of examinations and administrative research, said Sidik, against 1,106 applicants who entered, while those who were declared to meet administrative requirements were only 151 applicants.

Of the 151 applicants, the number that meet the requirements consists of 101 civil servant applicants and 50 non-civil servant applicants, so applicants who pass the administrative selection must follow the next stage, namely the selection of paper writing which will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 14.00 WIB.

He continued, in the announcement of the selection of positions last November 10, there were 27 positions that were opened, but the number of applicants did not meet the prerequisites, then an extension of the recruitment period was carried out.

After the registration extension, there were two positions with only one applicant who met the requirements, namely for the position of Director of Data and Artificial Intelligence, then the position of Director of Funding.

Based on this result, based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 52/2020, the two positions cannot be included in the next open selection stage.

Meanwhile, 1,106 applicants entered OIKN and wanted to sit in 27 positions that were opened, among others, as Heads of Planning, Organization and Cooperation Bureaus, there were 63 applicants, Bureau of Human Resources and Public Relations 148 applicants.

Head of the Bureau of Finance, State Property, and Assets in Control of 37 applicants, General Bureau and Procurement of Goods/Services 81 people, Director of Law 36 people, Director of Compliance 20 people, Director of Internal Supervision and Audit 41 people, Director of Macro Planning 22 people.

Director of Forestry Development, Utilization, and Water Resources 21 people, Director of Food Security 33 people, Director of Investment and Ease of Doing Business 19 people, Director of Funding 8 people, Director of Financing 26 people.

"The Director of Article 35 Infrastructure Facilities, Director of Social Infrastructure Facilities 14 people, Director of Building, Area and Urban Management 48 people, then Director of Basic Services there are 58 applicants," he concluded.
