TANGERANG - A house that was used as a place of business at Laundry in Taman Cikande Housing, Jayanti District, Tangerang Regency, was burned down. As a result of this incident, three people were declared dead.

Tangerang Regency BPBD Emergency and Logistics Head Abdul Munir said the incident occurred on Thursday, December 1, around the afternoon. The three people who died had the initials N (21) as laundry workers, A (7) and S (1).

"There has been a fire that resulted in 3 deaths," said Munir in his statement, Thursday, December 1.

Munir explained that the incident was suspected to be due to an electrical short in the laundry machine. Then grabbed the car until it finally grew.

"The temporary assumption is electrical correlation, from the laundry that is used to dry and grab into the car," he said.

Munir also explained that the three victims died from inhaling smoke in the burning building.

Meanwhile, the victim died from smoke. He caught it. A position is in the lower room, S is under the stairs and N is above the stairs. Most likely they are trapped," he said.

Dozens of Tangerang Regency BPBD officers were deployed. As a result, the fire was extinguished at 16.00 WIB.

The victims have been taken to the Balajara Hospital for further action.

"The victim was taken to the Balaraja Hospital in Tangerang," he concluded.
