Ferdy Sambo Bakal Bongkar Regarding Ismail Bolong After The Murder Session Brigadier J

The defendant Ferdy Sambo will convey the alleged bribery of illegal mining from Ismail Bolong to several high-ranking police officers today, Tuesday, November 29.

Sambo will provide information regarding this after the trial of the alleged murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

"After the trial, yes," said Sambo in response to a doubty investigation report (LHP) and the reason for not arresting Ismail Bolong when entering the courtroom at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 29.

The doubt about the contents of the Propam Division's LHP was conveyed by the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto. According to him, the information in the report did not prove that there was indeed involvement behind the Ismail Bolong case.

In fact, Agus questioned Ferdy Sambo and Hendra Kurniawan's steps that did not take action against all the names listed in the two investigation report (LHP).

He also suspected that the two former members of the National Police had received the deposit. So, they did not take action.

"Maybe those who receive it by not continuing the problem, throwing stones to divert issues," said Agus.

For information, based on the LHP document number R/1253/WAS.2.4/2022/IV/DIVPROPAM, dated April 7, 2022, the name of Komjen Agus Andrianto was dragged into accepting bribes.

At the LHP submitted by the Head of the National Police Propam Division, at that time Ferdy Sambo was handed over to the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, it was written that Aiptu Ismail Bolong gave coordination money to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, which was handed over to Kombes BH as Head of Sub-Directorate V Dittipidter 3 times, namely October, November and December 2021 amounting to IDR 3 billion every month to be distributed at the Dittipidter Bareskrim.

In addition, he also gave coordination money to Komjen Agus Andrianto as the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police directly in the Kabareskrim office in USD 3 times, namely October, November and December 2021, amounting to IDR 2 billion.
