JAKARTA - Commission I of the DPR supports the completion of the discussion on the Draft Criminal Code (RKUHP) by the Government and the DPR into Law (UU) in December 2022 so that it can be implemented immediately.

According to a member of Commission I of the DPR from the PDI-P faction, Krisantus Kurniawan, the completion of the RKUHP into a law in the Plenary Session in December 2022 is important for the Indonesian people who have still used legal products from colonial times.
