The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Andrianto, seemed to have attacked Hendra Kurniawan and Ferdy Sambo who dragged him into the vortex of receiving illegal mining bribes in East Kalimantan.

"The majority of cases of the late Brigadier Yoshua were covered up," Agus said in his statement, Friday, November 25.

Then, Agus also seemed to state that the report on the results of the investigation (LHP) of the Propam Division was not supported by strong evidence. Everything is only based on information.

"I am a law enforcer, there is a term sufficient preliminary evidence and sufficient evidence," he said.

Moreover, Ismail Bolong's statement that he received deposits or bribes was proven because of pressure.

Because, in another video, Ismail Bolong admitted that there was intimidation or coercion from Hendra Kurniawan, who at that time served as Karo Paminal of the Police Propam Division.

Agus also said that the investigation report (BAP) could also be fabricated and made under pressure. For example, the confessions of the suspects in the murder case of Brigadier J

"Just follow the initial BAP of all the suspects in the murder of the late Brigadier Yoshua, and most recently the case that ensnared IJP TM which later revoked the BAP as well," he said.

Apart from that, Agus suddenly mentioned the steps to investigate the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J he led. He stated that Bareskrim was in accordance with the facts and recommendations of various parties, especially Mr. President Jokowi and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"I account for all my work to Allah SWT, the direction of the President to the National Police Chief and the demands of the community who are so intelligent," said Agus.

Previously, the former Head of Propam Polri Ferdy Sambo confirmed the existence of a report on the results of an investigation into the alleged receipt of coordination money from illegal mines in East Kalimantan which dragged the name of Kabareskrim Komjen Agus Andrianto. In fact, the letter was signed directly by Ferdy Sambo.

"Yes, that's right, that's the letter," said Ferdy Sambo.

However, Ferdy Sambo did not talk much about the case that had gone viral because Ismail Bolong confessed.

Ferdy Sambo asked the matter to be asked directly to the competent authorities. Because at this time Ferdy Sambo is no longer a member of the National Police.

"Ask the official in charge, the letter is already there," said Sambo.

Then, LHP with R/1253/IV/WAS.2.4/2022/DivPropam dated April 7, 2022, was reported by Ferdy Sambo to the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

Hendra also said that the data contained in the LHP was the result of an investigation. Including the results of the examination of police officers and Ismail Bolong.
