It Is Suspected That Lecehkan Gadis, An Individual Member Of The DPRD, Was Reported To The Pandeglang Police

PANDEGLANG allegedly sexually harassed, an unscrupulous member of the Pandeglang Regency DPRD with the initials Y was reported to the police. Deputy Head of Pandeglang Police, Kompol Andi, said the victim was an 18-year-old woman, a resident of Majasari District.

Andi said, the victim himself reported the case to the Resort Police.

"Suddenly the victim who was accompanied by the Women and Children Protection Service withdrew his report, even though according to investigators he was in the process of examining witnesses and suddenly asked for his LP to be continued to investigators where it was true that the reported initials were Y, a member of the council," Andi explained on Wednesday, November 23.

Before withdrawing the report, the Pandeglang Police have conducted an examination and the results can be determined by the suspect with a criminal threat of 9 years.

"From the results of the post-mortem, there are signs of sexual abuse and according to APH (Law Enforcement Officials) it has fulfilled the elements and the alleged perpetrator can be named a suspect," said Kompol Andi while explaining that he would reunite between the perpetrator and the victim.

Andi then explained the chronology of the beginning of the incident.

"Initially on Thursday (21/04) at around 15.30 WIB at the perpetrator's house in Majasari District, Pandeglang District, the victim delivered cakes, the perpetrator ordered the victim to enter the house to meet the perpetrator's wife, but it turned out that the perpetrator's wife was not at home," said Andi.

At that time, the perpetrator asked the price of the cake ordered by his wife and gave the money to the victim. The perpetrator at that time abused the victim. When he was about to go home, the victim was felt again by the perpetrator.

"When I entered, it turned out that there was no one. Then the perpetrator asked what the order price was. The victim answered Rp75 thousand. Then the perpetrator entered, took the money and gave Rp100 thousand," he added.

"Because there was no injury, the perpetrator said just take it while wiping the victim's chest and starting on November 22, 2022, the status of the case has been upgraded to the investigation stage," explained Andi.
