Witness Bongkar Expenditure Bripka RR After Receiving Rp. 200 Million From Brigadier J Account

JAKARTA - Bank BNI Cibinong employee, Anita Amalia explained the expenditure of the defendant Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR after receiving Rp200 million from the account of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The use of the money is called for payment of personal needs, starting from paying PLN and e-Commerce bills. Meanwhile, the expenditure was recorded in the account of the person belonging to the defendant Bripka RR. "Outside money?" asked the judge during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, November 21. "Uang keluar hanya digunakan untuk pembayaran PDAM, Telkomsel, lalu pembayaran PLN, Indosat, pembelian shopee," jawab Anita. However, it was not specified how much money was spent. Witness Anita only said that from the bank statement data belonging to Bripka RR won quite a lot of expenses. "Nominalnya tidak terlalu besar hanya pembayarannya banyak," ucap Anita. After hearing the testimony, the judge reiterated the issue of receiving RR's money. However, Anita again stated that from the data there was only Rp200 million in cash. "Only 200 million?" said the judge. "That's right," said Anita. Previously, Anita said that from the data or checking accounts, it was known that there was a transfer of money from an account in the name of Brigadier J to Bripka RR. In fact, the amount reached Rp. 200 million. Then, two times and it happened on July 11 or exactly three days after Brigadier J died at Ferdy Sambo's official residence. "Has there been a transfer of accounts in the name of Yosua to the defendant RR in number?" asked the judge "Rp. 100 million twice is a total of 200 million," Anita replied. For information, in this case, Ricky Rizal, Richard Elierzer, and Strong Ma'ruf are defendants in the murder case of Brigadier J.
