The Ferdy Sambo Cs Session Will Be Held Tomorrow, Strong Defendant Ma'ruf Presents 10 Witnesses

JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the premeditated murder case against Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendant Ferdy Sambo cs was again held by the South Jakarta District Court (PN) starting Monday, November 21, 2022.

On Monday, the trial will schedule a witness examination with the defendant Richard totaling Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR and Strong Ma'ruf.

Ma'ruf's strong attorney, Irwan Irawan, said that in Monday's trial, his party would present 10 witnesses.

"(Witnesses that will be presented) from the police, witnesses who are also involved in the obstruction of justice case of Brigadier J's death," said Irwan Irawan when confirmed, Sunday, November 20.

Irwan said that one of the witnesses presented by his party was the former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Ridwan Soplanit.

Here are 10 witnesses who will be presented at the trial with the defendants Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka RR, and Bharada E:
