JAKARTA - Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (MA) Muhammad Syarifuddin inaugurated the Deputy Chairman of State Administration (TUN) of the Supreme Court, Yulius at a plenary session in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 9. Before reading the oath and inauguration, Syarifuddin first asked Yulius' readiness and willingness according to his religion. "By Allah, I swear that I will fulfill my obligations as Deputy Chair of State Administration of the Supreme Court as well as possible and fairly," said Syarifuddin reading the oath of office which was then followed by Yulius, as reported by Antara. Syarifuddin then continued the contents of the oath of office that he must uphold the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible according to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. "And devoted to the homeland and the nation," he added. The appointment of the Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Supreme Court was stated in the Decree (SK) of the President of the Republic of Indonesia which was read directly by the Secretary of the Supreme Court Hasbi Hasan. "Considering, remembering, and so on; decide, making a Presidential Decree regarding the appointment of the Deputy Chair of State Administration of the Supreme Court. First, appoint Yulius as the Deputy Chair of State Administration of the Supreme Court when taking the oath of office or promise.
