Deputy Minister Of ATR Raja Juli Bahas Penertiban Asset Sulsel With Governor Andi Sudirman

JAKARTA - Governor of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Andi Sudirman Sulaiman met the Deputy Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/Deputy Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) Raja Juli Antoni discussed controlling the assets of the provincial government.

"We talked with the Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN, Mr. Raja Juli Antoni. We also discussed the efforts of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government in controlling assets," said Andi Sudirman in his official statement in Makassar, Friday, November 4.

Their conversation was also attended by the Acting Head of the South Sulawesi BPN Regional Office Wibisono, the South Sulawesi Police Director of Polda Kombes Pol Supeno, and the South Sulawesi Provincial Government's Echelon II ranks.

Governor Andi Sudirman expects the Ministry of ATR/BPN to support the South Sulawesi Provincial Government in controlling assets.

"We ask that some assets be supported by BPN for control. We through the assistance of the KPK have targets of assets controlled by parties that can be the object of state losses and need to be brought under control immediately," he explained.

The South Sulawesi Provincial Government, he said, has issued Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan for the Province of South Sulawesi for 2022-2041.

"South Sulawesi is the first province in Indonesia to revise the Perda RTRW which is integrated with the Job Creation Law and RZWP3K, so that the completion of the map mismatch can be completed," he said.

"As a result, South Sulawesi managed to drastically reduce the number of irregularities in the management from 47,993 hectares (44.7 percent) to 1,380 hectares (0.03 percent)," said the youngest governor in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN Raja Juli Antoni appreciated the steps taken by the South Sulawesi Provincial Government in controlling assets.
