PAN Will Join PDIP If You Are Ganjar, Komarudin: Whatever, It's Our Cadre

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Honorary Division of the PDIP DPP Komarudin Watubun, responded to the statement by the Deputy Chairperson of PAN Bima Arya who alluded to the possibility of his party joining the PDIP if carrying Ganjar Pranowo for the 2024 presidential candidate (candidate). According to Komarudin, this is the right of PAN as a political party to support presidential and coalition candidates. Regarding Ganjar whether or not he will be promoted, he emphasized that the party is waiting for the decision of General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri. "What is certain is that Ganjar is our cadre, so wait for the time. There is a time," said Komarudin. Previously, Deputy Chairperson of PAN Bima Arya, said that it was possible that the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) would join the PDIP in 2024 if it carried Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate. "In the future there are still many possibilities. It is possible that Mas Ganjar will be nominated by PDIP and we join while hoping that his deputy will be a representative of KIB," said Bima Arya, Monday, October 31. "But maybe if Mas Ganjar does not depart from PDIP, yes, art politics is all possible. Well, KIB is ready to nominate him. However, the internal KIB is still in process," he added. The Mayor of Bogor saw that PAN and PPP as members of KIB had difficulty bringing up Ganjar's name as candidates for the presidential candidate. "But we see that PPP at the regional level has brought up the names of Mas Ganjar and PAN at the regional level, there have also been many names of Mas Ganjar as well," he said.
