Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cilegon Police, AKP Mochmad Nandar, explained that the perpetrator with the initials AM, 61 years old, was arrested for being proven to have committed obscene acts against a 6-year-old child.

"AM has been arrested, the perpetrator of sexual abuse of minors," said Nandar in a written statement, Wednesday, October 26.

Nandar explained that AM's lecherous actions were revealed when the victim's mother, TM (34) was looking for her child. Then, continued Nandar, TM tried to find out where his child was through neighbors.

Furthermore, Nandar said, TM received information from neighbors that his son was in the rented house of the perpetrator, who is a marbot of the mosque. The more worried he is, TM comes to AM's rented house not far from his house.

Arriving in front of AM's rented house, TM called his son from outside the house. And soon his son, namely the victim, left the rented house with his 6-year-old friend," explained Nandar.

Feeling something was wrong, TM then asked his son to tell me what happened in AM's house.

"The victim said that they were both ordered by the perpetrator to take off their pants with the lure of being given money. The victim refused, but finally followed the perpetrator's orders and was told not to tell anyone about the incident," Nandar explained.

Not accepting that his son was treated this way, TM rushed to report to the Cilegon Police.
